The University of Wolverhampton is committed to creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for all students, staff, learners and visitors.

Report + Support provides a safe and confidential way to access support, raise concerns and report incidents that may affect your wellbeing, safety or experience within our University community.

There are three ways to use Report + Support:

Share with contact details

Use this route if you would like support for yourself or if you are concerned about the wellbeing, safety or behaviour of another student, learner or member of staff.

This pathway can be used to report concerns relating to safeguarding, wellbeing, harassment, discrimination, hate incidents, domestic abuse, sexual misconduct, missing students or staff, and other welfare concerns.

Support to Study

Use this route if you are a member of staff seeking additional support for a student or learner whose circumstances may be affecting their ability to engage safely and effectively with their studies, placement or training.

This pathway includes Support to Study, Pregnant Student Support, Fit to Train Concerns, Trusted Person Notifications and Freedom of Speech Concerns.

Anonymous Reporting

Use this route if you wish to share information anonymously.

Anonymous reports can help the University identify patterns, trends and areas of concern. You may choose to communicate with the University through anonymous two-way messaging whilst maintaining your anonymity.

If you are unsure which route to choose, select the option that feels most appropriate. Our team will ensure that your report is reviewed and directed to the most appropriate service.

If someone is in immediate danger, a crime is in progress, or urgent medical assistance is required, please call 999 immediately.

You can also explore the support pages within Report + Support to access information, guidance and specialist support services available both within the University and externally.
