frequent enough

serious enough

active enough

or

dangerous enough

before asking for help.

Passive thoughts matter.

Self-harm matters.

Hopelessness matters.

A change in how you feel matters.

If something in you is saying:

“I'm not okay and I think I need some help,”

that is enough reason to reach out.
