You might notice that they:

  • suddenly stop using usual accounts;
  • appear frightened by messages;
  • are constantly checking their phone;
  • are withdrawing from friends or family;
  • are sending unexplained money;
  • seem to be controlled by someone online;
  • are receiving persistent unwanted contact;
  • are being threatened or blackmailed.

You do not need to investigate what is happening.
