You may want to seek help if:
- someone continues contacting you after you have asked them to stop;
- they create new accounts after being blocked;
- they contact your friends, family or colleagues;
- they seem to know where you are unexpectedly;
- they monitor your online activity;
- they threaten to attend your home, work or University;
- they threaten you or somebody close to you;
- they threaten to share private or intimate material;
- they use several different platforms to contact you;
- the frequency or seriousness of the behaviour is increasing.
These patterns may indicate that the issue is moving beyond isolated online harassment into stalking, coercion or another serious safeguarding concern.
